These Terms and Conditions govern your use of xp999 and all services offered through the platform. By registering or using xp999, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law access xp999 entirely at their own legal risk.
2.3 Only one account per person is permitted. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.1 To access real-money services on xp999, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
3.2 xp999 may at any time require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures, which may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by xp999 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. xp999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity conducted from your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified xp999 of unauthorised access in writing without delay.
3.4 xp999 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects fraud, collusion, or breach of this Agreement.
4.1 xp999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, local bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), and USDT (TRC-20). The minimum deposit is PKR 300. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change.
4.2 You may only deposit funds using payment methods in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. xp999 targets withdrawal processing within 15–30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa requests and within 1–3 hours for bank transfer requests, however xp999 does not guarantee these timeframes and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.4 xp999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or in the event of suspected fraudulent activity. Any withdrawal held for investigation will be notified to the account holder in writing.
5.1 xp999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game restrictions applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.3 Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, is a breach of this Agreement and will result in confiscation of all bonus funds and associated winnings and suspension of all related accounts.
6.1 All bets and casino game rounds placed through xp999 are subject to the specific game rules displayed within the relevant game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-level rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail except where expressly stated otherwise.
6.2 xp999 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or settled as a result of a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the account holder.
6.3 All live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of certified live dealers. All RNG-based game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generation software. xp999 does not interfere with game outcomes.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on xp999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 xp999 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion, all accessible directly within your account settings.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, xp999 will endeavour to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded account. Excluded users who attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by opening new accounts will have those accounts closed and balances returned.

10.2 xp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 xp999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your xp999 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xp999's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account on xp999, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
xp999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory authority. Continued use of xp999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xp999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence.
